Custom Homes of the Rockies, LLC is a small consulting firm that operates in Douglas County. We focus on two specific areas -

* aging-in-place (AIP) consulting (new and existing homes).

Green Consulting
Our philosophy has three parts: value, green, and local. We believe that a house works as a system. If you change one part, you can affect the other parts. We are available to advise on remodeling as well as new construction. The extraordinary homes that we build are comfortable, durable, and energy-efficient. We prioritize the health and safety of our occupants even while creating a beautiful living environment, both inside and out. Finally, our Certified Green Professional (CGP) designation assures you of our training, dedication, and experience in remodeling or building green, high performance homes.
Aging-in-Place Consulting
As America ages and Baby Boomers become a more important part of the demographic change, homes that are existing as well as new construction will need to take into account the distinct needs and demads of aging-in-place homeowners. Our Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) designation assures you of our training, dedication, and experience in this growing section of the real estate environment.
We are supporters of the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver, the Better Business Bureau, and the National Association of Home Builders. We support the programs that they have on a local and national level. We also strive to be good corporate citizens in terms of volunteering our time as well as making charitable donations to worthy causes in our local community.
